Kahi’s FREE Caviar Cooking Class: Skincare Meets Luxury Dining

Kahi, the Korean skincare brand that skyrocketed to fame with its viral Wrinkle Bounce Multi Balm Stick, is known for their commitment to beauty with skincare. They revolutionized the way we simplify routines with their multi-use balm sticks. If you haven’t seen their balms in the hands of Lil Nas X, Doja Cat, or Ava Max, you’ve probably caught their signature pink stick making guest appearances in everything from Yumi’s Cells to Hocus Pocus 2.

But Kahi isn’t just about skincare, they’re about luxury. Originally an exclusive event for VIP customers, the Kahi Caviar Cooking Class is now open to the public, and it’s completely FREE. Yes, you read that right. This isn’t just any cooking class, though. It’s a six-course premium tasting experience, featuring the finest Almas Beluga Caviar, one of the most coveted delicacies in the world. To say it’s a must have luxury experience in Seoul, Korea is an understatement.

Who Is Kahi?

Introduced in 2020, Kahi has quickly become one of Korea’s top skincare brands. The name “Kahi” comes from the first and last letters of the Hangul alphabet, symbolizing their commitment to beginning and ending with beauty. Their philosophy? “Beauty with skincare.” They focus on simplifying skincare routines with easy-to-use, effective products that enhance natural beauty.

Kahi, Korean Skincare, Multistick Review

Kahi is widely credited for starting the multibalm stick trend, transforming what was once just a sunstick into an all-in-one skincare essential. Packed with salmon collagen, fermented oils from Jeju, and antioxidants, their Wrinkle Bounce Balm hydrates, plumps, and smooths skin in just one swipe. It’s easy to apply, travel-friendly, and, best of all, it actually works. I have been using it for a few years now and think it’s a game changer. It’s my absolute favorite for those long-haul flights.

Wait, Kahi and Caviar? What’s the Connection?

If you’ve followed Kahi’s skincare innovations, you know they’re all about ingredients that improve elasticity and hydration. Their multi balms are packed with salmon collagen and Jeju fermented oils, specifically chosen for their ability to revitalize the skin.

Kahi’s latest product launch? A caviar-infused multi balm that takes anti-aging to the next level. As part of their marketing push, they introduced the Kahi Caviar Cooking Class, celebrating their premium ingredient with a luxurious dining experience. And honestly? It’s genius.

Kahi’s FREE Caviar Cooking Class: A One-of-a-Kind Experience

Yes, you read that right. Kahi is offering a FREE caviar cooking class, and it’s every bit as indulgent as you’d imagine. Inspired by their use of premium Almas Beluga Caviar in skincare, they decided to celebrate this luxurious ingredient through food as well. Never having had the opportunity to try caviar myself, I was ready to indulge in that lux life.

At first, this class was reserved for VIP customers, but due to overwhelming interest, Kahi opened it to the public last year. Now, anyone can join and experience a 6-course tasting menu featuring seasonal ingredients and plenty of caviar… seriously, it’s not just a little helping. You’ll really understand the ins and outs of caviar tasting after this experience.

What to Expect

Unlike a traditional cooking class where you do the work, here’s the best part: You don’t cook. The professional chef does all the work while you get to sit back, watch, and taste every dish. She provides tips, tricks, and information throughout the class about balancing caviar perfectly.

The menu changes based on seasonally available ingredients, but during my visit, this is what we were treated to:

Cabbage Purée Soup – A creamy, velvety soup with delicate flavors to start off the experience.

Caviar & Rice – A simple yet decadent dish featuring a generous spoonful of Almas Caviar for the ultimate umami burst.

Did you know: The Almas caviar used at Kahi comes from a sustainable sturgeon farm in Chungju City, Chungcheongbuk-do. It is an ideal environment for sturgeon farming with an abundant water supply, an appropriate water temperature, and excellent water quality. Almas Caviar‘s sustainable production techniques play a crucial role in preserving sturgeon resources, maintaining long-term ecological balance, and ensuring a stable supply of high-quality caviar.

Caviar & Avocado Pasta – A unique twist on pasta, where the rich avocado base perfectly complemented the briny caviar. I was pleasantly surprised. I had no idea caviar and avocado could go so well together.

Fried Shiitake Mushroom & Shrimp – A crispy and flavorful dish balancing earthy and oceanic flavors.

Caviar & Hanwoo Steak Salad – Premium Korean Hanwoo beef paired with caviar for a harmonious combination. A meal can’t get any better in Korea really, the best beef with the best caviar? It was delightful.

Caviar & Strawberry Ice Cream – A surprisingly delightful contrast of sweet and salty, ending the meal on a high note. I love strawberries and I now love caviar and this dish was a surprising hit to the tongue.

Each course was carefully curated to showcase how versatile caviar can be, and let me tell you, it was unforgettable. The experience basically ruined any idea of budget-friendly dining because now I love caviar. Who is going to tell my husband?

Why You Need to Sign Up

This experience is not just for food lovers, but also for anyone who appreciates the intersection of beauty, skincare, and fine dining. It’s a rare opportunity to indulge in Almas Caviar, learn from a professional chef, and enjoy a multi-course meal, all without spending a dime.

And of course, you’ll get to learn more about Kahi’s skincare philosophy and how they incorporate premium ingredients like salmon collagen and caviar extract into their beauty products. Just an FYI, the class I attended was all in Korean, so you’ll need to ask if they offer a multilingual option.

How to Join

Kahi’s FREE Caviar Cooking Class is held on-site at their flagship location in Korea. Spots are limited, so if you’re planning a trip or already in Korea, make sure to sign up in advance. Last year they were using CatchTable for reservations, but this year, they’ve stopped using it and say to message them with your interest.
