- Get There By Train: The Gyeongbu Rail Line crosses the southern portion of the province with main stations only at Okcheon and Yeongdong. The Jung-ang Rail Line crosses the northeastern corner of the province, passing through Jechon and Danyang. The Chungbuk Rail Line connects cities in the province from Jecheon to Jochiwon, passing through Cheongju and Chungju.
- But Bus Might Be Easier: There are a few train stations in the province, but the easiest way to get to and fro might be bus. Make sure to check both options before you go.
- Delicious Veggies: In Chungcheongbuk-do, you will find a ton of delicious locally grown fresh vegetables. Barley is the most popular crop along with a variety of other vegetables so look forward to trying:
