What is PAINTERS?

The PAINTERS show is a live art performance that intricately combines colorful drawings and cutting-edge media but with humorous actors, audience involvement, and storytelling. If you saw the first PAINTERS shows a couple years back, go again because they’re now in Season 2 and have new stories and art to share.

PAINTERS has really taken Asia by storm, touring through nineteen countries, including Japan, Taiwan, and China, with a total of one hundred and thirty-three shows in cities, causing a sensation wherever they go. The team was expanded from four to eight members, and they exude that idol-like charisma on stage that locals and tourists seem to love.

What sets PAINTERS apart from other nonverbal performances though, is the way they bring world-famous paintings to life. Imagine watching Michelangelo’s ‘Creation of Heaven,’ Vincent Van Gogh’s ‘Self-Portrait,’ and Gustav Klimt’s ‘Kiss’ being recreated on stage with fun choreography and live drawings. The result is a performance that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Art + Technology

PAINTERS has mastered the art of integrating high-tech 3D images and live music into their performances, creating an experience that’s not just memorable but also inspiring. Your kids will walk away wanting to create their own masterpieces. This isn’t your ordinary art show; it’s a mind-bending journey into the fusion of technology and creativity. Works of art are created right in front of you and half of the fun is guessing what is being created.

PAINTERS Review

PAINTERS is more than just an art performance; it’s an emotional rollercoaster filled with fun, passion, and drama. We were on the edge of our seats and my daughter went from guessing what they were creating as they added each stroke and then felt the triumph when the piece was finished. And don’t be surprised when the actors toss the show into the audience and get everyone involved. Get ready to clap, cheer, and learn a few of their taglines to shout out throughout the performance.

The show manages to tell stories through the artwork so you and your kids will learn something along the way too. It’s super fun. We highly recommend taking the whole family for the fun.
