Yellow Flowers Bursting Near the Han River
Much doesn’t need to be said about flowers and the beauty of them. This spring with a little one that can now walk and even run a bit too, we were able to get out and about and see much more of the blooming beauties than we were last year.
The parks around Seoul are beautifully curated and even the parks that aren’t completely curated have plots of flowers here and flowering bushes there that are taken care of, pruned when needed and kept picturesque. This plot of flowers is yellow in the spring and then when they’re done and gone, the gardeners come in and plant the cosmos that will bloom at the end of the summer. This little one learned the word “flower” this spring and we’ve been having fun frolicking among nature’s colorful spring welcoming party.
